Keith joined ATR as Director responsible for Sales and Operations, forming part of a private equity backed Management Buy In team in 2007. Prior to joining ATR, Keith held a number of senior positions within the BSS Group plc including Regional MD (Scotland and Northern England).
In 2009 Keith became CEO and was responsible for securing significant investment in the Group’s fleet of assets, its supporting infrastructure and key talent. Keith personally commits to ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything ATR does.
In March 2012, Keith led a secondary MBO which saw NBGI Private Equity investing in the Group with an ambitious strategy for growth through product and service line expansion, acquisitions and geographic expansion. As part of this strategy In June 2012, ATR acquired Underwater Engineering Services Ltd a specialist equipment provider to the subsea oil and gas industry.
Keith is also Chairman of Highland League Football Club Cove Rangers. During Keith’s tenure the club has enjoyed considerable success winning the League title on three occasions in 2001, 2008 and 2009.
Keith is married with two children (a son and a daughter)

John has worked in the equipment hire sector for more than 30 years.
He has been with ATR since 2001, when he and two colleagues left Weatherford to start up a new venture hiring compressors/generators to the offshore market in partnership with the owners of Aberdeen Tool Rental.
That venture took the form of ATR Plant Services, which is today the ATR Power Solutions division.
John began his working life with offshore specialist tool hire company Powertech, before moving on to Hewden Hire, which provided offshore plant & equipment.
He then joined offshore compressor/generator hire company BPH, leaving to play an instrumental role in setting up Powergen Rentals Ltd, a division of the Orwell Group (later Weatherford).

Mark joined ATR Group in 2015 following ATR’s acquisition of Safety & Technical Hydraulics (STH) where he continued in his role as Managing Director.
Mark has been with STH since its formation in 2005 and retains responsibility for the development and performance of STH as an ATR business unit.
Having started his working life as a hydraulic technician, working both onshore and offshore in the UK, he went on to gain over 25 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry holding a variety of senior technical and commercial positions within similar businesses.
